Procurement of Sleeper coaches

VR-Yhtymä Oyj / VR Group Plc (hereinafter also the "purchaser" or "contracting entity" or "VR") purchased nine (9) Sleeper Coaches to be used on railways with an additional option of thirty (30) Sleeper coaches. The object of procurement covered also spare parts, training, documentation and other deliverables related to the Sleeper Coaches according to the specifications defined during the procurement procedure. The procurement was carried out by means of negotiated procedure. The Finnish Act on Procurements and Concession Contracts of Entities Operating in the Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services Sector 1398/2016 (later also 'Act on Public Contracts in the Utilities sector') applies to the procurement.

The quantities procured: - Nine (9) Sleeper coaches for railways. - An option for the purchase of further thirty (30) optional Sleeper coaches for railways Procurement also covered: - Spare parts, special tools, documentation, training and other deliverables as specified in more detail during the procurement procedure. - Option to order the equipping of catering stations for the ordered sleeper coaches
