The following instrument will be purchased by the Department of Geosciences and Geography, University of Helsinki: Spectroradiometer system for field and laboratory use operating across visible to shortwave infrared (350 nm to 2500 nm) spectral range. The system must be able to store measurement data either internally and/or using external computer, tablet or PDA. The external computer, table or PDA must be included in the price. The software to acquire, analyze and export measurement data is also provided and included in the price. The system must have several options for field of view, including fiber optic longer than 1m. All foreoptics and fiber optics must have been calibrated before delivery. The system includes a probe for reflectance measurements of leaf and soil samples in the field and laboratory. The probe must have an internal light source and white reference. The batteries of the instrument must be replaceable and last a full measurement day in the field conditions. One extra battery must be included in the price. The offered system must be compatible with the full sky irradiance sphere manufactured by Spectra Vista Company (https://spectravista.com/accessories/spheres/), which is already owned by the University of Helsinki. Alternatively, similar sphere must be included in the total price of the tender. The maximum price of the tender is 85000 euros (VAT 0).
