Self-test can measure players early sings of negative consequences and overconsumption in relation to gambling. Self-test might be helpful for motivating players to change their gambling behavior and it is effective for making referrals to Veikkaus’ responsible gambling tools. To make sure that the self-test solution is particularly suitable for Veikkaus, it is important that the online self-test solution is an established service, i.e. has been already in commercial use with large customer base operators.
