Procurement is described in detail in the Call for Tenders Annex 1 (Description of Procurement) and other Annexes.

The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes to the call for tenders, in particular:
in Annex 1 "Description of Procurement" and in Annex A "Procurement Agreement".
The basis for calculating the estimated value is the estimated value of the acquisition costs for four (4) years.
The estimated value is a non-binding estimate. Not included in the contract purchase obligation.
Hansel Oy acts a consultative role in the procurement process.
