The XRD/XRR must be able to measure wafers up to 200 mm diameter. The XRD/XRR must include PC and software, and mandatory accessories needed to start measurements.

The object of the information request is to buy a clean room compatible (ISO5) tool for X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray reflectometry (XRR).
