Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer

The procurement covers the purchase, delivery and installation of one (1) gas chromatography mass spectrometer (“GC-MS”) including the computer to control the GC-MS and required software as defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and in Appendix 1.1 "Technical Requirements". The requirements for the delivery and installation of the GC-MS are defined in the section 7 of the Agreement (Appendix A). In addition, the procurement covers the purchase and delivery of consumables and spare parts and the provision of maintenance services and training for the acquired GC-MS. The consumables and spare parts are defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and the training is defined in more detail in Appendix 1 "Description of the Procurement" and in section 4.5 of the Agreement. The requirements for delivery of consumables and spare parts are defined in section 7 of the Agreement. AGREEMENT PERIOD AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE The Supplies shall be delivered as described in section 7.2 of the Appendix A "Agreement". After the acceptance of the GC-MS the Agreement shall be valid for the maintenance services, additional training, consumables, spare parts and help desk for a fixed period of five (5) years after which the Agreement shall be valid until further notice. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the Supplier is committed to provide software updates for the software specified in Appendix 1 for the entire lifetime of the GC-MS purchased under the Agreement. The pricing of such software updates is based on Appendix 2.

1. The procurement unit has considered that it is necessary to specify one item in the Consumables section in Appendix 2 Prices. 2. In eTendering system it was now mandatory to choose in Section Award criteria of the Contract Notice whether the criterion is fixed value (total) or fixed value (per unit). 3. In eTendering system it was now mandatory to inform in Section Award criteria of the Contract Notice the Award criterion number.

The procurement unit has specified the following item in the Consumables section in Appendix 2 Prices as follows (the additions are marked in capital letters): OPTION: Column adapterS (INJECTOR AND DETECTOR) TO CONNECT CAPILLARY COLUMN. 2. Since the award criterion is total comparison price, the fixed value (total) was chosen in Section Award Criteria of the Contract Notice. In eTendering system it was now mandatory to choose in Section Award Criteria whether the criterion is fixed value (total) or fixed value (per unit). 3. Since the total comparison price is the only award criterion the award criterion number is 100. The comparison of tenders will be done according to the section "Grounds for Decision" of the Call for Tenders.
