Application development 2024 - 2031, Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)

The object of the procurement is the production of IT expert services related to application development for the National Police Board of Finland (“Client”) and specially IT expert services for application development related to Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). The IT experts are expected to have professional competence and experience of Siebel CRM and OPA technologies. The professional services subject to procurement are related to the definition, development, implementation, further development, maintenance, and ensuring of quality and information security of police information systems. The services can be aimed at small and large fixed-scale projects, as well as ongoing service needs for the time being. The Client’s goal is to publish one framework agreement: Application development 2024 - 2031, Oracle Siebel CRM and and Oracle Policy Automation (OPA). The scope of the procurement is described in more detail particularly in Annex 1 "Description of the procurement".

Based on the questions and the answers given to them, the contracting authority will correct the Annex 3 "References Siebel CRM and OPA". The contracting authority extends the deadline for receiving applications to participate until 10th of April 2024.
