Digital work platform

This notice is not a procurement notice or an invitation to a negotiation procedure nor will this publication of a notice open a call for tenders. This is a request for information (RFI) / notification of a market dialogue to identify markets. Finnish Tax Administration may use responses in the planning of a future procurement. Responding to an RFI and participation in a dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation in any future tendering process, nor is it binding the participants involved. Finnish Tax Administration does not undertake to carry out the procurement of a visual work platform. Those interested in the procurement are requested to answer preliminary questions below. Use the title: "Digital work platform" The purpose is open discuss the scope and definition of the procurement and to identify currently available service solutions and their capabilities. Finnish Tax administration reserves the possibility to organise meetings with the suppliers meeting the needs.

DIGITAL WORK PLATFORM TOOL We are looking for a versatile and easy-to-use digital whiteboard tool as a SaaS service. Use cases of the tool include e.g., facilitating workshops, gathering information, structuring, and visualizing, joint ideation, working on and presenting ideas, and describing different paths and processes. The digital tool must enable the addition and organization of various contents, such as images, videos, text, and drawings, on the whiteboard. Content added to the whiteboard must be able to be saved in different formats, and the tool must scale flexibly according to different amounts of users and content. We hope you will at least answer the following questions: 1. How and to what extent does your tool meet the needs presented in this information request? 2. How has information security and data protection been considered when using the tool? 3. How will you further develop the tool? 4. What kind of pricing model do you offer your tool with? Is the pricing model tied to, for example, different user levels? DATA PROTECTION AND INFORMATION SECURITY OF THE TOOL Requirements related to data protection and information security The processing of personal data complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The service's data processing by the supplier and data storage must remain in the EU/EEA area. Remote connections related to data processing from outside the EU/EEA area are not allowed. The supplier has a valid documented information security management system, which it can use to prove the service's information security level. 1. Is personal data transferred outside the EU/ETA (including viewing access)? If yes, where is data transferred? 2. Does the supplier engage subcontractors/sub processors? If yes, please provide a list of all engaged subcontractors/sub processors?
