Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaVeikkaus is looking to acquire a SaaS-based enterprise-level Observability solution that has all the functionalities listed in the attachments built-in. The solution provides a comprehensive package that meets these needs, which may consist of one or more separate product modules if the implementation of the features described in more detail in the requirements specification requires this. The solution is acquired as a SaaS service offered from a public cloud, not for example locally (on-premise) or from a customized cloud solution (private cloud).

The Agreement shall enter into force after both parties have signed the agreement. The Agreement is in force for two (2) years after the effective date. After the conclusion of the fixed-term this Agreement will automatically continue in force for an indefinite period.
