OPTIONAL WORKS

The Contracting Authority may, at its sole discretion, order additional works related to the renovation and repair of the terrace of the Nordic Pavilion. The optional works are technically connected to the main scope of this procurement and concern the repair, maintenance and improvement of existing structures of the Pavilion.

The decision to exercise any option will be made separately by the Contracting Authority based on the results of further investigations, design work, available budget, and the overall needs of the Pavilion building.
The exercise of any option shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out in the agreement (see Annex 2). The Contracting Authority shall notify the constructor in writing of its decision to exercise any such option, no later than 31 December 2027.
