The requirements that the offered solution must satisfy are defined in Annex 2 Requirements.

The Agreement enters into force on the Effective Date and shall remain in force until 31 December 2027 (the "Initial Term"). Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12)-month periods on the same terms unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least one (1) month prior to the expiry of the Initial Term.
