Metallographic sample preparation devices (for new laboratory facility)

Tampere University Foundation sr is inviting tenders, for several sample preparation devices.

Tampere University will update metallographic sample preparation devices, by procuring: - precision cut-off machine, - two hot mounting presses, - semi-automatic all-purpose grinding and polishing machine, - and impregnation system for cold mounting, The sample materials include various materials, like steels, advanced metallic materials (HEA, Q&P, ...) thermally sprayed coatings, hard metals, advanced ceramics, composites, polymers, and hybrid materials. = = = Part 1: Precision cut-off machine. Part 2: Hot mounting presses (2 pce). Part 3: Semi-automatic all-purpose grinding and polishing machine. Part 4: Impregnation system for cold mounting. = = = Independent tenders are accepted for all parts and tenderer can offer for many parts. Tenders comparison gives advantage to those tendering parties who can submit offer for three (3) or more parts.
