Tampere University Foundation sr is inviting tenders, procurement is 'Shipment services', for project called 'PREDI-LYNCH'.

PRICING The contracting authority expects tenders for the return UN-3373 shipments to be priced within the 60,000 – 160,000 € range (excl. VAT). * * * * OBJECT OF CONTRACT 1. Return UN-3373 shipment from study participants containing urine, vaginal and stool samples in the same package delivered on ambient/room temperature (15°C–25°C) to Tampere University, Finland. The shipment should arrive to Tampere University within 2–4 days after the courier receives the shipment. Expected number of shipments is 4000 from 1000 study participants across 9 countries in Europe and Nordic during the time frame of 01.06.2026 – 31.12.2030 or until the last participants last home-sampling timepoint is finished. Participating countries and estimated number of UN-3373 shipments France: 565 study participants (~2260 shipments) Italy: 150 study participants (~600 shipments) UK: 100 study participants (~400 shipments) Finland: 75 study participants (~300 shipments) The Czech Republic: 45 study participants (~180 shipments) Norway: 25 study participants (~100 shipments) The Netherlands: 25 study participants (~100 shipments) Latvia: 10 study participants (~40 shipments) Croatia: 5 study participants (~20 shipments) The packing materials are provided by the contracting authority and is compliant with Packing Instruction 650 with triple-layer system. The shipment is packed by the study participant, and the estimated size of the shipping box is 25 cm x 15 cm x 4 cm and maximum weight of 500 g. The contracting authority expects tenders for the return UN-3373 shipments to be priced within the 60,000 – 160,000 € range (excl. VAT). 2. In addition, the tenders are wished to provide a price list for regular shipments (ambient temperature) from Tampere University to the clinical sites in the 9 countries stated above. The shipments from Tampere University contain the home-sampling kits given to the patients at the clinical sites, not any biological category B substances. The shipping box size can vary depending on the number of kits sent, ranging from 5 to 114 kits in one package, thereby affecting the size of the shipping box (minimum size of 11 cm x 32 cm x 42 cm to maximum size of 59 cm x 50 cm x 36 cm and weight between 1 to 10 kg). The frequency for these shipments is 1 to 2 times a year. Include to the details the estimated delivery time for the shipments. Tenders not able to accept shipments from all participating countries or not meet the delivery time for the UN-3373 shipment will be rejected.
