Article 9 of EU-decision 1104/2011/EU shall be applied in this procurement.
While the development of the PRS management system can take place in EEA (taking into consideration Article 9 of EU-decision 1104/2011/EU), some of the Supplier's tasks during the contract period shall require working at the CA's premises in Finland. These tasks include at least the pre-operational testing and (when necessary) the accreditation of the PRS management system, as well as the maintenance of the system (when necessary). These tasks shall be further discussed during the negotiations phase of the procurement.
