FinnHEMS - Flight Crew Helmets, releated Accessories and Spare Parts

FinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd), a company organised under the laws of Finland (hereinafter "FinnHEMS" or "Customer") is launching this public tender process to procure Flight Crew Helmets, related Accessories and Spare Parts. FinnHEMS has a budget for the procurement. The procurement is divided into 2 lots: 1)Helmet with A20 type Audio System 2)Helmet with A30 type Audio System The tenderer may leave its tender to one or both lots. The Contract award will be (a lot specific) Framework Agreement with maximum three (3) suppliers. The Agreement does not create a volume purchase obligation for the Customer, nor an exclusive right for the Supplier. FinnHEMS has the freedom to choose either of the tenderer audio systems according to its needs.

FinnHEMS is launching this public tender process to procure Flight Crew Helmets, related Accessories and Spare Parts (hereinafter together "Helmets"). FinnHEMS is currently using Gallet LH250 double visor helicopter helmets with Bose ANR systems without Bluetooth (picture attached, more detailed specification is mentioned later in this procurement documentation). Due to the maintenance, cross usability and current helicopter interface the offered Helmets shall be equivalent and fully compatible with currently used Helmets. The Agreement also covers spare parts for existing helmets. Estimated amount of procured Helmets and spare parts during Contract period of four (4) years is at most 215.000 EUR. Spare Parts are procured if needed.
