Potassium iodide 130 mg and 65 mg / 2023-2024

Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, later referred to as THL, request your tender for Potassium iodide 130 mg and 65 mg to the rescEU project. The Scope of procurement is described in more detail in Annex 1. The procurement is divided in two (2) lots. Tender may be submitted for one or several lots. LOT 1: Potassium iodide 130 mg LOT 2: Potassium iodide 65 mg The minimum requirements for the articles is described in Annexes 1.1 and 1.2. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier for each lot based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition. The contract period shall enter into force once the contract has been signed by contracting parties and expires when all contractual duties of the contract have been performed. Estimated quantity for the product in described in Annex 5 (restricted, TLIV). Please note that all times given in the Call for Tender refer to local time in Finland. The availability for the Annex 5 is restricted. THL will send the restricted Annex 5 to a representative of the tenderer via encrypted email after THL has received the signed confidentiality commitment (Annex 6). Confidentiality commitment shall be signed in person for each person handling Annex 5. Confidentiality commitment shall be sent to the email address kirjaamo@thl.fi with the subject line "CONFIDENTIALITY COMMITMENT - THL/4526/2.02.06/2023 / Potassium iodide 130 mg and 65 mg / 2023-2024". The message must contain name of the tenderer and email address to which the restricted Annex 5 is to be sent.

The Call for Tenders had to be placed in a correction mode, as an additional annex was attached to the Call for Tenders. Due to the resulting delay, the deadlines for receiving tenders and for receiving questions were extended.
