The procurement target is described in more detail in the request for tender and its annexes, especially in Annex 1 'Description of the Procurement'.
The procurement is subject to the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016).
One (1) service provider will be selected to implement the procurement under an open-ended contractual relationship.
The procurement contract is concluded only upon signing a written agreement.
The procurement does not include any obligation to purchase a specific quantity or grant exclusive rights to provide services to the Veikkaus Group.
Lisätiedot
The Agreement enters into force when both agreementing parties have signed it.
