The service provider must be able to provide books at least in the following languages: - English - German - French - Russian - Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Icelandic) Duration of the framework agreement is 01/01/2026-31/12/2028. Option period 01/01/2029-31/12/2029 is possible. UEF will announce an option usage three (3) months before the end of the actual contract period (31/12/2028) The estimated value of the contract period, inclusive of the option, is approximately €120,000 VAT 0%.
