The initial estimation for the length of the required custom HDMI cables (224 units) was insufficient. Each cable shall now be manufactured with a length of 75 cm.

The purpose of this amendment is to implement customized electronics. During the course of the procurement, the buyer’s original estimate of sufficient cable length proved inadequate. Consequently, the length of all cables has been increased accordingly.

Amendment Details
Technical Adjustment
The initial estimation for the length of the required custom HDMI cables (224 units) was
insufficient. Each cable shall now be manufactured with a length of 75 cm.
Price Adjustment
In accordance with Section 5 (Prices) of the original agreement, the total contract price shall be increased by CHF 3,000 (VAT 0%) to cover the additional cost of this modification.
Original Price: 290,570.00 CHF (VAT 0%)
Revised Price: 293,570.00 CHF (VAT 0%)
