Expert services in education related to developing countries (DPS)

The Finnish National Agency for Education is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), which covers the provision of expertise and technical support in the education sector, with a particular focus on services related to developing countries and emerging markets. The assignments tendered through this DPS may include, for example: • expert advice and support to EDUFI and to developing country ministries and organizations in development of education, • conducting analytical studies, reviews and evaluations • drafting and updating policy guidelines and other documentation, • designing and supporting the developing of action/project plans, • organizing and delivering training and capacity building sessions. Below is a list of the major work that included in the DPS, but not limited to: • externally funded projects of the Finnish National Agency for Education, such as Team Europe Initiatives - The Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa (RTIA) which supports teacher education and teacher professional development in Sub-Saharan Africa, including providing Technical Assistance to ministries of education. - Opportunity-Driven Skills and Vocational Education and Training in Africa (TEI OP-VET) which provides targeted support to (re)orient existing or planned sector-specific skills and VET interventions in partner countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, including Technical Assistance. • and other similar work of the Finnish National Agency for Education The scope and subject-matter of the DPS is described in more detail particularly in annex 1 "Subject-matter of the DPS". The DPS covers implementation of project work during 2025-2030 period. TOTAL VALUE The estimated total value of the Dynamic Procurement System is up to 8 000 000 euros (excluding VAT).

The contracting authority has corrected the errors in Annex B Reference form. "Annex B Reference form" is replaced by "Annex B Reference form_Corrected".
