The subject of the procurement and the request for information procedure are described in more detail in Appendix 1. The contracting authority invites interested suppliers to review the attached material and respond to the questions in the appendix by the specified deadline.

Respondents are invited to submit questions related to this RFI to get clarifications, if needed. If you have questions, please email them to vp.hankintatiimi@migri.fi by 16 July 2025 at 16:15 (UTC +3) at the latest. Please include the reference “RFI: Translation tool” in the subject line. Language requirement: English. The Client will provide answers to the questions on 22 July 2025 at the latest.
