Fuel analyzing and other services

Finnish Customs invites interested suppliers to take part in a market survey regarding the procurement of fuel analyzing and other services. Finnish Customs buys the following fuel analyzing and other services: RON analysis of gasoline according to the method EN ISO 5164 MON analysis of gasoline according to the method EN ISO 5163 The cetane number analysis of diesel according to the method EN ISO 5165 All analytical methods used should be accreditated according the standard EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Gasoline samples BE95 E10 and BE 98 E5 RON- and MON octane number samples (5 liter canister) are about 60 samples per year and cetane number analyze from diesel oil (one liter) about 50 samples.

Finnish Customs does not ask tenders with this procurement document. Answering or not answering to this market survey notice does not prevent participation in a possible future tender. The market survey does not bind the suppliers or the procurement unit. Suppliers do not receive compensation for participating in this market survey. The information provided in this notification is preliminary and may change as the preparation progresses. Suppliers that offer fuel analyzing and other services are asked to answer the following questions: - Short presentation of company and location of laboratory - Does the company have many years of experience in analyzing fuel analyses samples? - What is the time for examining samples? - Do you have accredited standard methods which are mentioned in the description of the procurement? Have you the cerficate of the accreditation? - Other comments?
