Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for The University of Helsinki Veterinary Teaching Hospital

The laboratory units of the faculty are seeking to procure new LIMS (Laboratory information management system), which will replace all laboratory functionalities currently handled by Provet Cloud and Provet Net, except for emergency laboratory functions and the Production Animal Hospital's laboratory functions. The new system will be integrated into the currently implemented Provet Cloud veterinary patient information system. The offer must include: - the software and necessary licenses as well as support and maintenance services for four (4) years - the implementation of the software - the training required for administrate and use of the system

The laboratory units of the faculty are seeking to procure new LIMS (Laboratory information management system), which will replace all laboratory and pathology functionalities currently handled by Provet Cloud and Provet Net, except for emergency laboratory functions and the Production Animal Hospital's laboratory functions. The new system will be integrated into the currently implemented Provet Cloud veterinary patient information system. The system must include at least the following functions: - Laboratory workflows necessary for the functionality of the Veterinary Hospital --- Microbiology --- Hematology and clinical chemistry - Sample management and storage - Laboratory device integrations - Sample number series for different purposes that can be configured by the customer - Provet Cloud integration for laboratory referrals from Provet Cloud to the laboratory system - Provet Cloud integration for returning laboratory results from the LIMS system to Provet Cloud for billing purposes Please see attachments for additional descriptions of the current LIMS workflows in The University of Helsinki Veterinary Teaching Hospital and detailed Requirement definitions.
