Information for sales offer / Pyrolysis plant primarily designed for the carbonization of sewage sludge

This document is not a procurement announcement, not a request for quotation, not an invitation to negotiation, nor will its publication start a tender competition. Helsinki Regional Environmental Services Authority (later also "HSY") is selling a pyrolysis plant. The plant has been installed in 2019/2020 and its capacity is circa 450 kg/h. Detailed technical information for the facility is provided in an annex to the notification. The purpose of this notice is to inform interested purchasers about the upcoming sales tender and, give further information on the pyrolyse plant in question. Participation in this information request (RFI) is in no way binding on any party in any future sales tender. Interested parties who refrain from participating in this RFI may also participate in future competitive bidding. The pyrolyse plant is located at Ekomo Ämmässuo eco-industrial centre, Espoo, Finland.

Helsinki Regional Environmental Services Authority ("HSY") withholds the right to invite or not to invite parties for further dialogue. HSY will not pay for any work related to this request for information or to the potential dialogue. The dialogue with the potential parties is planned to be held in May - June, 2025. HSY kindly asks potential parties to inform their interest to dialogue regarding the pyrolyse plant not later than 30 May 2025. The information provided in the dialogue is mainly public. If a party considers some information confidential, we ask the party to mark their information as "Business confidential".
