PRELIMINARY NOTICE (MARKET CONSULTATION), ZnO68

Servica Oy is planning a procurement of ZnO68. The actual user of the product is Wellbeing Services County of Northern Savo, Kuopio University Hospital, Clinical physiology and Clinical Nuclear Medicine. Servica Oy acts as the caller for tenders and the contracting authority. Please see the amended attachment enclosed.

This prior information notice is a preliminary notice (market consultation). This notice does not ask for offers or participation applications, but with this prior information notice Servica Oy surveys the market and potential suppliers for the supply of the analysis services of the products, so that a possible call for tenders can be carried out in an appropriate manner. Servica Oy will later open a call for tenders to purchase the products according to the procurement description. The market consultation is accompanied by an invitation to a market dialogue, where the procurement entity can have a discussion with the Suppliers that have expressed their interest. The Suppliers interested in this procurement are asked to send their contact information (person's name and e-mail address) and filled enclosed document "Questions" by e-mail to the following address: hankinnat@servica.fi. The Suppliers interested in procurement are asked to register with Servica Oy preferably by 14th of May 2025, registrations made after this will be taken into account at the discretion of the procurement entity. Companies that have expressed their interest are invited to a market dialogue, where they are sent possible extra questions related to the procurement by email with the purpose of discussing the content and implementation of the purchase. Servica Oy also reserves the right to send the suppliers who participated in the market consultation a call for tenders with attachments for comments before publishing. The presented schedules and other information presented in this notice, such as the planned course of the market dialogue, are preliminary information that may change as the preparation progresses. This market consultation and the information provided in it do not bind or obligate the parties to anything, and do not oblige the procurement entity to make a purchase. All information provided is treated as confidential. Participants of the market consultation are not compensated for participating in the market dialogue, nor for the costs incurred by participating. Participating in the market consultation shall not prevent the supplier from participating in the actual tender, and responding to the market consultation does not affect the supplier's position in the actual tender. The actual call for tenders will be published through the electronic tender service.
