The goal is to implement a solution that is user-friendly, supports both IT and business users, and enables efficient governance processes.

The Agreement shall enter into force once both parties have signed the agreement. Agreement will be fixed term 24 months. After the conclusion of the fixed-term the Agreement will automatically continue in force for an indefinite period.
