Ilmoituksen teksti
Alkuperäinen teksti Hilmasta, muuttamattomanaVTT (Contracting Authority) aims to acquire a three-year extension period for the maintenance of software licenses in use. The timing of the agreement period varies with respect to the licenses to be acquired, and more detailed information is provided in the request for tender. VTT currently utilizes the software in question for research and business purposes.

The contracting authority reserves the right to suspend the procurement at any stage prior to the signing of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Public Contracts and Concessions (1397/2016).
If none of the tenders received corresponds to the invitation to tender as required by the contracting entity or if the circumstances during the invitation to tender become such that the contracting entity cannot take advantage of the results of the invitation to tender, the contracting entity may suspend the procurement procedure in whole or in part.
