The Agreement shall enter into force when both Parties have signed. The Agreement shall be effective for the initial term of (12) months from the date of signing the initial subscription agreement. Following the Initial Term, the Agreement will automatically renew at each anniversary of the date of the signing for an additional period of twelve (12) months.
