Agricultural Use of Digestate - Process equipment, piping and ventilation, Lot B, TP 82/23

Supply and installations of process equipment at HSY Ämmässuo bio waste treatment plants. The contract includes as described in the specification and other design documents, for example, as follows: A. Supply and installation of 2 screw presses for separation of digestate B. Supply and installation of screw conveyors for transport of press-cake from the separation presses to the composting plant C. Supply and installation of a screw-press for dewatering of digestate using chemicals including storage, preparation and dosing equipment D. Supply and installation of a centrifuge for post-thickening of digestate E. Supply and installation of two hygienisation reactors including side-equipment F. Supply and installation of a container loading station for digestate for 3 containers G. Detailed design for manufacturing, supply and installation of different steelworks like machine supports, maintenance platforms, pipe bridges and others H. Supply and installation of two stainless steel tanks for separated liquids (digestate / fertilizer / wastewater) I. Supply and installation of pumps J. Supply and installation of an electrical heating system with a performance of 250 kW for Glycol including necessary auxiliary equipment K. Supply and installation of ductworks and an active carbon filter system for the fertilizer filling station (OPTION) L. Pipeworks, ductworks and instrumentation for the new facilities M. Detailed design for manufacturing, supply and installation of process main switchgears and local switchgears N. Cabling of the process equipment and supply of various electrical auxiliary materials O. Electrical Side-Works In addition contract includes training provided for the operating personnel, delivery of design, operating and maintenance manuals and commissioning procedures, performance test and assistance for optimization of the new installed equipment. The fertilizer loading building and all related works and equipment will be part of the option tender. The client will decide before the contract is made whether the option is ordered. The construction schedule for the option is the same as for the Lot B. The scope of the option is shown in the plans.

Candidate can visit the site prior to submitting a tender to collect the necessary information for preparation of the tender. If Candidate does not visit the site he cannot later appeal to information which would have been available during the site visit. The visit must be separately agreed upon.
