Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) 2024-2026 (2026-2027 and 2027-2028)

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and Finnish institute for health and welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer” ) request your tender for Human Papillomavirus Vaccine belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The contract period is about two years 2024-2026. The procurement contains two options to extend the contract for the periods 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The contract will be awarded to one Supplier based on a comparison of tenders. Tender that is economically the most advantageous will win the competition.

The purpose of STM and the Customer is to procure Human Papillomavirus Vaccine required for the National Vaccination Programme in Finland. The tendered vaccine must be suitable for children aged 10 or older. Syringes without fixed needles are preferred. This procurement is not divided into separate lots. The vaccines are intended for the National Vaccination Programme for use by wellbeing services county and eventually municipalities and thus the need to coordinate the various contracting partners of separate lots could jeopardise the proper implementation of national immunization programme.
