Supply and delivery of laptops for FCA Ukraine

FCA is looking to procure a large quantity of laptops as part of the Education Cannot Wait (ECW) Multi-Year Resilience Programme 2024-26 (MYRP) in Ukraine. The project aims to address the challenges faced by students in conflict-affected regions of Ukraine, ensuring access to quality education despite the disruptions caused by ongoing conflicts and war. The laptops will serve as an essential tool to enhance the educational experience of students in conflict-affected areas. By providing access to modern technology, the project seeks to bridge the gap in educational resources and facilitate remote learning opportunities, ensuring continuity in education even amidst the most challenging circumstances. The laptops must have a preinstalled Chrome Educational Upgrade to ensure functionality with the local education systems. Other minimum requirements for the supplies are described in the invitation to tender.

The tender submission form has been updated to request tenderers to submit proposals indicating the maximum quantity of laptops they can supply within the allocated budget of 4,250,000 USD per DDP Kyiv, Ukraine. The tenderer offering the highest number of laptops within the stated budget receives the highest score in the financial evaluation. The delivery schedule for additional scoring in the contract award criteria has also been updated.
