Yleisradio Oy / Television Studio Live Production Servers / Studio-, siirto- ja lähetystekniikan tuotteet ja palvelut (DPS)

Yleisradio Oy (hereinafter also referred to as "Yle") requested for television studio live production servers in accordance with this call for tender and its appendices. This call for tender is based on Yle's Studio-, siirto- ja lähetystekniikan tuotteet ja palvelut dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The main goal of this procurement is to replace the existing live production video servers that are about to be at the end of their technical service life and integrate all Yle's live production servers in Mediapolis and Pasila into Yle’s existing live recording system. This allows the full utilization of Yle’s existing live recording capabilities and prior investments and creates the most adaptive and optimized solution for the varying needs of the productions. The procurement was divided into three (3) different lots which are as follows: - Lot 1 Yle Pasila Helsinki - Lot 2 Yle U10 OB-vehicle - Lot 3 Yle Mediapolis Tampere The tenderer may offer to one or more lots. The tender comparison was made separately for each lot, and one tenderer was chosen for each lot as a contracting party. In case a tenderer is chosen as a supplier for more than one lot, the contracts may be combined. The schedule and delivery addresses were described in more detail in the Appendix 1 (Description of the procurement) to the call for tender. The Agreement shall enter into force upon signature of Yle and the selected supplier on a lot basis and shall remain in force two (2) years from the date of signing.
