The procurement includes property damage and business interruption insurance in accordance with the preliminary invitation to tender. Partial tenders may be accepted so that tenderer may offer proportion of risk. Contracting Entity may also require tenderers to offer 100 % of risk. Partial tender must include property damage (PD) and business interruption (BI) risk.
Variant tenders are not accepted.

Erä 1: Property damage and business interruption insurance
The procurement includes property damage and business interruption insurance in accordance with the preliminary invitation to
tender.
Partial tenders may be accepted so that tenderer may offer proportion of risk. Contracting Entity may also require tenderers to
offer 100 % of risk. Partial tender must include property damage (PD) and business interruption (BI) risk.

The agreement period consists of annual policy periods, whereof first is from 1.1.-31.12.2025, all days included.
Option 1, tacit renewal
The agreement period consists of annual policy periods, whereof first is from 1.1.-31.12.2025, all days included.
This Policy is automatically renewed for another term of 12 months if:
1. The premium has been paid in full for the previous period;
2. It is not cancelled by the Insurer or the Policyholder by giving notice of cancellation in writing to
the other party at least 90 days prior to the anniversary date.
Option 2, Long Term Agreement
The agreement period is 3 years.
