REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: Reagents for Biochrom 30+ automated amino acid analyzers

The object of this market analysis are ready-to-use reagents for Biochrom 30+ automated amino acid analyzers for detection and quantitative analysis of amino acids in physiological fluids: plasma, urine and cerebrospinal fluid. The amino acid profile allows diagnosis and monitoring of inborn errors of metabolism. The analysis by Biochrom 30+ analyzers is based on a cation exchange chromatography coupled with a detection system using post-column derivatization with ninhydrin reagent. Amino acids are detected by dual channel detection at 570 and 440 nm wavelength. We presently detect and quantitate the following amino acids and derivatives: sulfocysteine, phosphoserine, taurine, phosphoethanolamine, urea, aspartic acid, hydroxyproline, methionine sulfone, threonine, serine, asparagine, glutamic acid, glutamine, sarcosine, cysteine, α-aminoadipic acid, proline, glycine, alanine, citrulline, α-aminobutyric acid, valine, homocysteine, cystine, saccharopine, pipecolic acid, homocitrulline, methionine, cystathionine, alloisoleucine, isoleucine, leucine, arginosuccinic acid, norleucine, cysteine-homocysteine mixed disulfide, tyrosine, b-alanine, phenylalanine, d-aminolevulinic acid, b-aminoisobutyric acid, homocystine, g-aminobutyric acid, ethanolamine, ammonia, hydroxylysine, amino ethyl cysteine, ornithine, lysine, 1-methyl histidine, histidine, tryptophan, 3-methyl histidine, anserine, carnosine, arginine, homoarginine with a limit of detection 9-15 pmol ninhydrin, depending on amino acid. The reagents need to be CE IVDD or CE IVDR compliant for Biochrom 30+ Lithium Physiological System and full amino acid screening achievable in physiological samples with Physiologial Lithium High Performance method of Biochrom 30+. The estimated consumption of the required buffers is that for 1800 analyses per year. Reagents must comply with the following requirements: - The offered reagents are compatible with Biochrom 30+ amino acid analyzers (physiological system). - The offered reagents are ready-to-use. - The offered reagents are stable at room temperature. - The shelf life of the unopened reagents is at least 18 months from delivery. - The offered reagents are available in one and/or two liter containers. - The offered reagents are CE IVD or CE IVDR compliant. Declaration of conformity must be loaded. - Certificate of analysis for the reagent's quality assurance are available. - The Tenderer is able to tender the following reagents: - six Lithium Citrate Buffers (5+1 regeneration solution) - Lithium loading buffer - Ultra Ninhydrin Reagent Kit Procurement unit asks the parties on the market to response to this request for information, if the party can provide above described reagents for Biochrom 30+ automated amino acid analyzers.
